There’s really nothing positive to say about the work.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is manipulating the reviews, happily lying through their teeth, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You know perfectly well who you are.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of wages are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with anything useful to discuss. What are you even holding meetings about on Mondays? Or can you only discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making deductions from salespeople and the company. They complain to the salespeople about using the company cars, while customer feedback is handled carelessly, with no idea who will be made responsible and everyone pushing the blame around. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act; a whole lot of former and current employees know this. How dare you manipulate the reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company’s reputation.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss’s behavior, there won’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below only know how to be afraid of making the boss angry.
