There’s nothing much to say in favor of the company.
It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the whole company—do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the supervisors earn each month? The supervisors of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides treating everyone to lunch on Mondays, what else does the company do?
The person who talks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and is the most impatient—everyone really knows exactly who that is.
What kind of good company has never wanted to examine why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salary does it pay employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing supervisors usually put on?
Supervisors, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a single useful solution. No one knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or can you only discuss “Tianyan Tong”??????????
You can’t properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from sales staff and from the company. You complain to sales staff about their use of company vehicles, while responses to customer feedback are handled casually, with no idea who is supposed to take responsibility. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act—everyone who has left and many of those still employed know it. And you still have the nerve to manipulate reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep defending this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be seriously reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss’s behavior, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The supervisors underneath can only be afraid of making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
