There’s really nothing good to say about the company.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is scrubbing reviews, shamelessly lying through its teeth, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything that goes on in the entire company. You really want to mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses every month, and how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides buying lunch on Mondays, what else does the company actually do?
Everyone knows perfectly well who in the whole company talks the loudest on the phone, has the worst manners, and is the least patient.
What kind of good company never considers why it can’t retain its employees?
What kind of wages are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance figures of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a damn solution. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or are you only capable of discussing clairvoyance??????????
You can’t train new salespeople properly, you can’t train new PMs properly, and Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from the sales staff and the company. You complain to the salespeople about using company vehicles, while feedback from customers is handled casually, with no idea who will be made responsible or who will take the blame. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act—departed and current employees all know it. And you have the nerve to scrub reviews and call yourselves a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system that allows an entire department to leave should really be seriously reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers underneath can only worry about making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
