Pros

There are hardly any advantages to speak of when it comes to the work itself.

Cons

It’s really hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, likes to keep its eyes open and spout nonsense, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the entire company—do you dare mess with them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses every month and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides provide lunch?

Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? They really know it themselves.

What kind of good company has never tried to examine why it can’t retain employees?

What kind of salary do you pay employees? What kind of airs and attitudes do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers normally put on?

Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with anything useful to discuss. At Monday meetings, you don’t even know what you’re meeting about. Or do you only discuss clairvoyance??????????

You can’t properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from sales staff and the company. They complain at the sales staff about using company vehicles, and when it comes to customers’ feedback, they handle it carelessly and apparently don’t know whom to pass the blame to. There are countless violations of labor laws—huge numbers of former and current employees know about them. How dare you manipulate reviews to claim you’re a good company? I don’t get it.

If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.

A system in which an entire department can walk out should really be thoroughly reviewed by you yourselves.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that, given the boss’s conduct, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.

The managers underneath only know how to worry about making the boss angry.

Great job 👍
