There is nothing much to praise when it comes to the actual work.
This is hilarious—the Planning Department is planting reviews, likes to keep their eyes open and talk nonsense, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses every month and how much the managers earn every month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides providing lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You really know who you are.
What kind of good company never considers why it can't retain employees?
What kind of salaries are you giving employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can't discuss or figure out a damn thing. At Monday meetings, you don't even know what you're meeting about—or are you only capable of discussing clairvoyance???????
You can't properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting spends all day deducting this and that from sales staff and from the company. You make sales staff complain about the use of company vehicles, and then you handle clients' feedback carelessly, with no idea who you're going to shift the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act; a whole lot of former and current employees know it. How dare you manipulate reviews to make yourselves look like a good company? I don't get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system that can make an entire department leave en masse really needs to be seriously reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with the boss's behavior, there won't be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers underneath only know how to worry about making the boss angry.
Good job 👍
