There are hardly any advantages to speak of when it comes to business.
It’s really laughable—the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, likes to lie through its teeth, and is even conducting exit interviews with the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. You really dare to provoke them?
How about looking at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What else does the company do on Mondays besides ordering lunch?
Everyone knows perfectly well who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salaries do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a damn thing to discuss. What are you even discussing in Monday meetings? Or can you only discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and the company. You complain to the salespeople about using the company cars, while responses to customer feedback are handled carelessly, with no idea who will be made responsible for passing the buck. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act; a whole lot of former and current employees know this. How dare you manipulate reviews to portray yourselves as a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company’s reputation.
A system that can cause an entire department to walk out should really be seriously examined by management.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the owner’s behavior, there won’t be any self-reflection.
The managers underneath only know how to fear making the owner angry.
Great job 👍
