There is nothing much to say in terms of advantages when it comes to the work.
It’s really hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, happily keeping their eyes open while spouting blatant nonsense, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides treating everyone to lunch on Mondays, what else does the company do?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the whole company? They really know it themselves.
What kind of good company never considers why it cannot retain employees?
What kind of salary are you giving employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in the departments under you. Then every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with a damn solution. No one knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or can you only discuss clairvoyance???????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making deductions from salespeople and the company, salespeople are constantly complaining about the use of company vehicles, and when it comes to responding to customers’ opinions, you handle things carelessly and no one knows whom you’re trying to shift the responsibility to. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act. A whole lot of former and current employees know about them. How dare you manipulate reviews to claim that you’re a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system under which an entire department can walk out—really, take a good look at yourselves and reflect.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers underneath only know how to worry about making the boss angry.
So great 👍
