There’s really nothing positive to say about the company.
It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, likes to blatantly lie, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company—do you really dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show them no respect. Apart from ordering lunch, what does the company even do on Mondays?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the whole company? You know perfectly well who you are.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily take an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then, whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with any useful discussion at all. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about—or are you only capable of discussing clairvoyance??????????
You can’t properly train new sales staff or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making arbitrary deductions from sales staff and the company. You complain to the sales staff about using company vehicles, and when customers provide feedback, you handle it carelessly and have no idea who should take responsibility, simply passing the blame around. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a whole lot of former and current employees know about them. How dare you manipulate reviews to make yourselves look like a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep covering for this company.
A system where an entire department can walk out—seriously, reflect on yourselves.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss’s behavior, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers underneath only know how to fear making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
