There are hardly any advantages to speak of when it comes to the work.
It's hilarious—the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, likes to keep its eyes open and lie through its teeth, and is even conducting exit interviews with the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. What does the company do on Mondays besides provide lunch?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the whole company? They really know perfectly well who they are.
What kind of good company has never wanted to review why it can't retain employees?
What kind of salary do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Then whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can't come up with anything useful to discuss. Nobody knows what Monday meetings are even about. Or can you only discuss clairvoyance??????????
You can't properly train new salespeople, you can't properly train new PMs, Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and the company, and complaining to the salespeople about using company vehicles. Then when it comes to responding to customers' opinions, you handle it casually and don't know whom to shift the responsibility to. There are piles of violations of the Labor Standards Act. A large number of former and current employees all know about them. And you have the nerve to manipulate reviews claiming you're a good company? I don't get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system that can make an entire department leave should really be seriously reviewed.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that, given the boss's behavior, there won't be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers underneath only know how to be afraid of angering the boss.
Wow, so great 👍
