There is nothing much to praise when it comes to work.
It’s hilarious—the Planning Department is obviously manipulating reviews, happily lying through its teeth, and even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything that goes on in the entire company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses every month and how much the managers earn? The heads of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Apart from providing lunch on Mondays, what else does the company actually do?
Everyone knows perfectly well who in the entire company speaks the loudest on the phone, is the rudest, and has the least patience.
What kind of good company never stops to reflect on why it can’t retain its employees?
What kind of salary are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, each of you happily takes an extra NT$20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with anything useful to discuss. At Monday meetings, you don’t even know what you’re meeting about. Or are you only capable of discussing clairvoyance??????????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly making deductions from salespeople and the company over every little thing. They complain at the salespeople about using the company vehicles, while responses to customer feedback are handled casually, with no one knowing whom to assign responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a large number of former and current employees all know it. How dare you manipulate reviews to portray yourselves as a good company? I don’t get it.
If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.
A system that can drive an entire department to leave should really be thoroughly reviewed by the company itself.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection anyway.
The managers below can only worry about making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
