There is nothing much to say in favor of the company when it comes to business.
It’s really hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews, loves to lie with a straight face, and is even conducting exit interviews with people from the Telemarketing Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Telemarketing Department and knows everything about the company. Do you dare mess with them?
Why not look at how many people the company loses every month, and how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat their employees like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Other than buying lunch on Mondays, what else does the company do?
Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? You know perfectly well who you are.
What kind of good company never reflects on why it can’t retain employees?
What kind of salaries are you paying employees? What kind of attitude and expression do the Accounting, PM, and Telemarketing managers usually put on?
Managers, you happily collect an extra 20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance results of the employees in your departments. Yet every time something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you can’t come up with any useful discussion. At Monday meetings, you don’t even know what you’re meeting about. Or can you only discuss clairvoyance???????
You can’t properly train new salespeople or new PMs. Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from the salespeople and the company. They complain at the salespeople about using company vehicles. Then, when it comes to responding to customers’ feedback, they handle it carelessly and no one knows whom they’re trying to shift responsibility to. There are piles of labor-law violations, and a whole lot of former and current employees know about them. How dare you manipulate reviews to claim that you’re a good company? I don’t understand.
If you’ve read this far and still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company’s reputation.
A system under which an entire department can walk out should really be subjected to serious self-reflection.
Oh, sorry.
I forgot that with a boss like that, there wouldn’t be any self-reflection.
The managers underneath only know how to fear making the boss angry.
Great job 👍
