There is hardly anything positive to say about the company.

It’s hilarious that the Planning Department is manipulating reviews and enjoys lying through its teeth, and is even conducting exit interviews with the Customer Service Department. The person who has been there the longest is in the Customer Service Department and knows everything that goes on in the entire company—are you sure you want to provoke them?

Why not look at how many people the company loses in a month, or how much the managers earn each month? The managers of every department treat the employees under them like disposable chopsticks, letting them come and go, and show no respect for people. Besides ordering lunch on Mondays, what else does the company actually do?

Who is the loudest, rudest, and most impatient person on the phone in the entire company? They really know perfectly well who they are.

What kind of good company has never considered why it cannot retain employees?

What kind of salary do you pay employees? What kind of attitude and facial expressions do the Accounting, PM, and Customer Service managers usually put on?

Managers, you happily collect an extra NT$20,000 in allowances every month, plus the performance bonuses from the employees in your departments. Yet whenever something happens at the company and employees need support or assistance, you cannot come up with anything at all. At Monday meetings, you do not even seem to know what you are meeting about. Or can you only discuss Clairvoyance??????

You cannot train new salespeople properly, cannot train new PMs properly, and Accounting is constantly deducting this and that from salespeople and from the company. You complain to the salespeople about their use of company vehicles, while responses to customer feedback are handled casually, with no one knowing whom to pass the responsibility to. There are countless violations of the Labor Standards Act, and a large number of former and current employees all know it. How dare you manipulate reviews to claim that you are a good company? I don’t get it.

If, after reading this far, you still want to remain heartless or ignorant, then keep whitewashing this company.

A system under which an entire department can leave all at once really deserves serious self-reflection.

Oh, sorry.

I forgot that with a boss of that caliber, there would not be any self-reflection.

The managers below only know how to be afraid of making the boss angry.
