Interview process
At the security desk, you have to put a sticker over your phone’s camera.
Aside from the lobby, the other areas look rather old.
HR takes you to a meeting room that is somewhat humid.
First, you complete a logic test and a programming test.
As far as I remember, the logic test gives you three images and asks you to infer another image.
The programming test is handwritten.
HR interview
They ask you to verify the information you filled out beforehand.
They also ask you to write down the salaries from each of your previous jobs.
Manager interview
The interviewer manages three departments.
They ask some questions about your past experience.
They explain that they are looking for someone with hands-on implementation skills rather than an academic background.
Overall, they seem inclined toward solving AOI-related problems.
Later, when discussing salary, it sounded like they were interested, but they could only offer NT$60,000.
Assistant manager interview
The interviewer looks quite young.
They ask a few questions, and it ends fairly quickly. It is clear that the final decision still depends on the senior manager.
If you have salary expectations, I do not recommend coming for an interview, because their offer is very low, yet they still require you to come in for an on-site interview...
Salary and benefits
The rest is actually provided by the employee welfare committee, so there is no need to mention it specifically.
Low salary.
I do not remember anything in particular about the year-end and performance bonuses; I think they are paid around January or February.
Work environment
Aside from the lobby, which looks nice,
the office looks rather old and is quite humid.
I do not know about the rest.
