The colleagues are very nice. Other than that, nothing.

The bosses really have serious problems. If you are someone with ideals and ambitions, don't even consider this place.

The employees all try to find ways to reform things and help the bosses, but the bosses neither accept nor pay attention to them.

They forever live in a bubble where they believe they are treating employees well, but not a single employee feels that way.

The employee turnover rate is also far too high.

All the work processes are a complete mess, and the bosses have inconsistent standards. When he does the same thing, it's fine. When an employee follows his method, it somehow becomes wrong. If you tell him so, he will argue with you; in any case, only he is right.

Your job responsibilities will only continue to increase. Marketing staff have to handle e-commerce as well as the physical stores.

Eventually, you become too busy handling the stores to deal with marketing tasks, and then you get criticized in meetings for not having done them.

And it's not as though the pay is high—it's very low here, while you are expected to handle everything under the sun.
