The colleagues are very nice. Other than that, nothing.
The bosses have serious problems. If you are someone with ideals and ambitions, don't even consider working here.
The employees all try to find ways to reform things and help the bosses, but the bosses refuse to accept it and pay no attention.
They always live in a bubble where they believe they are treating employees very well, but not a single employee feels that way.
The employee turnover rate is also far too high.
All the work processes are a complete mess, and the bosses have inconsistent standards. When they do something themselves, it's fine. When an employee follows their method, it somehow becomes wrong. If you point this out, they will argue with you—in any case, only they are right.
Your job responsibilities will only continue to increase. Marketing staff are expected to handle e-commerce as well as the physical stores.
Eventually, you become so busy managing the stores that you have no time to handle marketing tasks, and then get criticized in meetings for not having done them.
On top of that, there are nowhere near enough staff, and the boss still doesn't come to work. At one point, two stores were left without the boss because they didn't show up.
As a result, one person had to run between both stores to look after them. The boss still hadn't arrived by the end of the workday, and they showed no remorse whatsoever.
So, if you value your physical and mental health, this is not a place to join.
And it's not as though the pay is high—in fact, the pay here is low, while you're expected to handle everything under the sun.
In summary: You really shouldn't come here and waste your years of life.
