The colleagues are very nice. Other than that, nothing.
The bosses have serious problems. If you are someone with ideals and ambitions, you can rule this place out immediately.
The employees all try to find ways to reform things and help the bosses, but the bosses neither accept nor pay attention to it.
They are forever living in a bubble where they believe they are treating their employees well, but not a single employee feels that way.
The employee turnover rate is also far too high.
All the work processes are a complete mess, and the bosses have inconsistent standards. When they do something the same way, it is fine. When an employee follows their method, it somehow becomes wrong. If you point this out, they will argue with you; in any case, only their way is right.
The job responsibilities only keep increasing. Marketing staff are expected to handle e-commerce as well as the physical stores.
Eventually, you become too busy handling the stores to deal with marketing tasks, and then get criticized in meetings for not having done them.
On top of that, there are nowhere near enough staff, and the boss still does not come to work. There was once a situation where, because the boss did not show up,
two physical stores had to be covered by one person running between them. The boss still had not come by the end of the workday, and showed no remorse whatsoever.
So, if you value your physical and mental health, this is not a suitable place to join.
And it is not as if the pay is high—the salary here is low, yet you are expected to handle everything under the sun.
In summary: You really do not need to come here and shorten your lifespan.
