The colleagues are very nice. Other than that, nothing.

The bosses really have serious problems. If you are someone with ideals and ambitions, you can cross this place off your list immediately.

The employees all try to find ways to reform things and help the bosses, but the bosses neither accept nor pay attention to it.

They live forever in a bubble where they believe they are treating employees very well, but not a single employee feels that way.

And the employee turnover rate is really too high.

All the work processes are a complete mess, and the bosses have inconsistent standards. When they do the same thing, it is fine. When an employee follows their method, it somehow becomes wrong. If you point this out, they will argue with you; in any case, they are always right.

Your job responsibilities will only keep increasing. Marketing staff have to handle e-commerce as well as the physical stores.

In the end, you become too busy handling the stores to deal with marketing tasks, and then you get criticized in meetings for not having done them.

On top of that, there are nowhere near enough staff, and the boss does not even come to work. There was once an occasion when two stores were left without the boss because they did not show up.

One person had to run between both stores to look after them. The boss still had not come by the end of the workday, yet showed no remorse whatsoever.

So, if you value your physical and mental health, this is not the place for you.

And it is not as if the pay is high—in fact, the pay is low here, but you are expected to do everything under the sun.

In summary: You really should not come here and sacrifice years of your life.
