The colleagues are very nice. Other than that, nothing.

The bosses have serious problems. If you are someone with ideals and ambition, don't even consider working here.

The employees all try to find ways to reform things and help the bosses, but the bosses neither accept nor pay attention to their suggestions.

They live forever in a bubble where they believe they are treating employees very well, but not a single employee feels that way.

Also, the employee turnover rate is far too high.

All the work processes are a complete mess, and the bosses have inconsistent standards. The same thing is fine when they do it themselves, but when an employee follows their method, it somehow becomes wrong. If you point this out, they will argue with you; in any case, only what they say is right.

Your responsibilities will only keep increasing. Marketing staff are expected to handle e-commerce as well as the physical stores.

Eventually, you end up so busy handling the stores that you have no time to deal with marketing tasks, and then get berated in meetings for not having done them.

On top of that, there are nowhere near enough staff, and the boss doesn't even come to work. There was once an incident where, because the boss didn't show up, one person had to run between two stores to look after both of them. The boss still hadn't come by the end of the workday, and showed no remorse whatsoever.

So, if you value your physical and mental health, this is not a place for you.

And it's not as if the salary is high—in fact, the pay is low, while you're expected to handle everything under the sun.

In summary: You really shouldn't come here to waste your life.
