Pros
A company with hardly any management systems. The upside is that even if you slack off, you won’t be laid off.
Cons
People who slack off will take advantage of newcomers or those who work seriously. They dump tasks on newcomers, but when there are benefits or credit to claim, they rush to grab them.
Managers are almost all the type who do nothing but talk and don’t take responsibility.
