The interviews are very transparent, and everything is explained clearly. There are quite a lot of benefits, including free afternoon tea—sometimes it’s not very tasty, though. Haha. But when it’s your turn, you can choose which place to order from for everyone. All of my colleagues are very nice and will offer suggestions and point you in the right direction.

There are many departments. Everyone is very quiet, which takes some getting used to at first. It means everyone is diligently working, though, so that’s also a good thing. It allows you to work quietly. The air conditioning is too cold—I can’t feel summer at all. I’m reluctant to turn on the air conditioning even at home.
