The interview process is completely transparent, and everything is explained very clearly. There are quite a lot of benefits, including free afternoon tea, although it is sometimes not very tasty. Haha. But when it’s your turn, you can choose which restaurant to order from for everyone. All of my colleagues are very nice. They give advice and point you in the right direction.

There are many departments. Everyone is very quiet, which takes some getting used to at first. It means everyone is working diligently, though, which is a good thing. It also lets you work quietly. The air conditioning is too cold—I can’t feel summer at all. I’m even reluctant to turn on the air conditioning at home.
