I’ve been working here for several years and would only leave if it wasn’t a good fit. I’m grateful that my senior colleague takes care of me. When she knows I’m encountering difficulties, she comes to check on me. Everyone politely greets each other when arriving at and leaving work. When I lack confidence, she encourages me and helps me understand that genuine effort will be rewarded financially, also because of family-related factors. There are also many clear rules. I’ve heard that other departments have small cliques, but they’re minor issues. I’m here to work and earn money; after all, the workplace isn’t like school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. For afternoon tea, we can choose what we like to eat and drink and decide what to have that day. Afternoon tea is free, so I’m grateful for whatever is provided～Thank you to the company for its benefits. There are rules for everything at work. As long as you follow the rules, everything is very safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, bring it up immediately. Keeping it bottled up isn’t the right thing to do. Because whenever someone chats with you, it wastes a lot of time. They’re not involved in the situation, so it all feels like pointless talk, haha. Chatting and fooling around to kill time until it’s time to leave work on schedule. No overtime.
