I’ve been working here for several years and would only leave if it wasn’t a good fit. I’m grateful that my senior colleagues look after me. They check in on me when they know I’m facing difficulties. Everyone politely greets each other when coming to and leaving work. When I lack confidence, they encourage me and let me know that genuine effort will be rewarded financially, also because of family circumstances. There are also many clear rules. I’ve heard that other departments have small cliques, but they’re all minor issues. I’m here to work and earn money, after all, entering the workforce isn’t like being at school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. For afternoon tea, we can choose what we like to eat and drink and decide what to have that day. Afternoon tea is free, so I’m grateful for whatever is provided~ Thank you for the company benefits. There are rules for everything at work. As long as you follow the rules, everything is safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, bring it up immediately. Keeping it bottled up is not the right thing to do. Because whenever someone chats with you, it wastes a lot of time. They aren’t involved in the situation, so it just feels like nonsense, haha. Chatting and fooling around to kill time until it’s time to leave. No overtime.
