I’ve been working at the company for several years and would only leave if it wasn’t a good fit. Thank you to my senior colleagues for taking care of me. They come to check on me when they know I’m having difficulties. Everyone politely greets one another when arriving at and leaving work. When I lack confidence, they encourage me and let me know that as long as I’m truly making an effort, it will pay off financially. Family circumstances are also a factor. There are many clear rules as well. I’ve heard that other departments have small cliques, but they’re all minor issues. I’m here to work and earn money, after all; entering the workforce isn’t like being at school. At work, I feel that whenever someone raises an issue, it gets resolved. For afternoon tea, we can choose what we like to eat and drink and decide what to have that day. Afternoon tea is free, so I’m grateful for whatever is provided~ Thank you for the company benefits. There are rules for everything at work. As long as you follow the rules, everything is very safe. We come to work to earn money, so if something feels wrong, bringing it up immediately is the right thing to do. Keeping it bottled up inside isn’t. If someone chats with you, it will waste a lot of time. They aren’t involved in the situation, so it feels like it’s all just nonsense, haha. Chatting and fooling around to kill time until it’s time to leave work. No overtime.
