Workplace reviews and discussion: 詠燦實業有限公司

None

Everyone talks as if they’re arguing.

There is no sense of teamwork between departments.

The environment is terrible, and the restroom smells extremely strong.

Because it is next to a hillside,

it is prone to flooding.

The sound is extremely loud when test-firing guns.

You can easily get startled while concentrating on your work.

I strongly recommend that friends with heart problems do not go.

Otherwise, you might suddenly drop dead that day,

and they would have to call an ambulance 🚑

There is a meeting every day. Although the topics differ,

the matters being followed up on are similar.

As long as you fail to meet the target,

you will receive a demerit and have your pay deducted.

This already violates Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the Labor Standards Act:

An employer may not reduce an employee’s wages under any pretext.

If you have nothing better to do,

or are already financially free; if you don’t want to waste your time growing old,

or want to go jump into a pit of shit,

you can give it a try.
