1. Severe infighting within the company. There are many entrenched old-timers who resent and look down on the younger generation. Yet they are actually terrible at their jobs and incapable of planning anything, leaving me to clean up after them all day.

2. The old chairman parachuted his second-generation rich kid son into the company to manage the entire business. He is completely out of touch with reality and does not understand anything, doing whatever comes to mind. The entrenched factions below do not really pay any attention to him either, resulting in a situation where his power is hollowed out and he is merely a figurehead.

3. The company has been operating at a loss for a long time and is constantly trying to save money. Unable to afford to hire a manager, it directly appointed an ordinary employee from below as acting manager. However, this person is incompetent, unmotivated, and constantly pushes tasks onto others while pretending to be busy all day. He is afraid that others will see through him and realize he cannot hold the position, so whenever he encounters something he does not know how to do, he either stays far away or gets someone else to do it while standing beside them and pretending to be impressive. The entire company is pathetic.
