There is an engineering manager who is genuinely very difficult to work with. She always portrays herself as a victim and thinks she has the right to interfere in other departments’ decisions, as if she were the company’s CEO. This piece of trash is completely unfit to be a manager; at most, she should be a low-level coder. To cover up her lack of ability, she has gathered a group of equally incompetent people around her to ostracize those she dislikes and secure her own little position.

Whenever someone is fired, she even proactively messages friends in other departments to spread the news. I truly feel sorry for those who have to work with her. This person is not only unsuitable to be an engineer; she may not even deserve to be a decent human being—a beast through and through.
