*The company’s product lines are stable, and headquarters provides new product launches, so the overall situation remains manageable.
*Work is relatively relaxed, with little overtime. Most managers are Korean or overseas Chinese.
*The company is small, mainly consisting of the marketing and operations units. The marketing side is comparatively busy.
*I worked on the operations side. To be honest, the manager is pretty terrible~ Although the operations work here is very easy—the main task is managing the fan page, and there is not much else to handle—the people-related issues are exhausting.
*The operations manager is overseas Chinese and very incompetent. They barely do any work and are somewhat gloomy~ They have a key subordinate who reportedly came from Gamania, spends every day smoking and playing video games, leaves work on time, and loves bragging about how impressive they were at Gamania.
*The manager’s preferences are very obvious. You must not work too hard or do too many things because they are afraid of being compared with others. As a result, hardworking people get relentlessly targeted by the manager, who pressures them to resign.
*The operations unit has a very high turnover rate; most people are forced out.
*You won’t learn anything working in operations there. If you want a place to coast until retirement, it is highly recommended.
