She imposes one-person rule, has outsiders lead insiders, enjoys internal infighting, and likes to speak badly about everyone behind their backs. Except for the Administration Department, every department reports directly to her.

The turnover rate is very high, yet the most recent review was posted a year ago. This may be because there was an incident in the past involving an investigation; people who joined later and heard about it probably would not want to invite trouble for themselves.

In short, as long as that supervisor favors you, you can survive there—but even those she favors will still be spoken about negatively behind their backs.

Do not expect any opportunities for promotion. Even asking for a raise will lead to unreasonable demands being imposed to make things difficult. This supervisor also refuses to delegate authority; unless necessary, she will not promote people under her to junior management positions.
