Pros
Overtime is paid.

Cons
A sweatshop, with nothing but constant output and little opportunity to learn.
The boss is very harsh. Whenever there is an issue, the boss immediately berates the supervisors, demonstrating a lack of problem-solving ability.
They are very quick to fire new hires.
