1. The new team came on board two years ago, giving the company a completely new look.
2. Clients have been adjusted gradually, and the company now focuses mainly on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both structured and people-oriented, with employees respected in every aspect, completely leaving behind the previous rule-by-personality approach and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype workpieces, and semiconductor and aerospace components require high precision, making the work quite challenging!
