1. A new team took over two years ago, giving the company a completely new look.
2. Clients have been adjusted progressively, and the company now mainly focuses on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both structured and people-oriented, with employees respected everywhere. The company has completely moved away from the previous rule-by-personality approach and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype workpieces, and the precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components are high, making the work fairly challenging!
