1. The new team joined the company two years ago, giving it a completely new look.
2. Customers have been adjusted successively, and the company now mainly focuses on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is standardized and people-oriented, with respect for employees everywhere, completely moving away from the previous arbitrary management style and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype workpieces, and the semiconductor and aerospace components require high precision, making the work quite challenging!
