1. The new team took over two years ago, and the company has been completely revitalized.
2. The customer portfolio has been adjusted gradually and now focuses mainly on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. Management is systematic yet people-oriented, with respect for employees in every aspect, completely moving away from the previous rule-by-personality approach and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are many prototype workpieces, and the high precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components are quite challenging!
