1. The new team came on board two years ago, and the company has been completely transformed.
2. The customer portfolio has been adjusted over time and now focuses mainly on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. Management is both systematized and people-oriented, with respect for employees everywhere, completely leaving behind the previous rule by personal discretion and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype parts, and the precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components are high, making the work quite challenging!
