1. The new team took over two years ago, giving the company a completely fresh start.
2. The customer portfolio has been gradually adjusted and now focuses mainly on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is structured yet people-oriented, with employees respected at every turn, completely moving away from the previous rule-by-person approach and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype parts, and the precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components are high, making the work rather challenging!
