1. The new team took over two years ago, and the company has been completely transformed.
2. Customers have been adjusted one after another, and the focus is now primarily on semiconductors, low-orbit satellites, and precision, high-end bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both structured and people-oriented, with respect for employees at every turn, completely leaving behind the previous rule-by-personality approach and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype workpieces, and semiconductor and aerospace components require high precision, making the work fairly challenging!
