1. The new team took over two years ago, and the company has been completely transformed.
2. Customers have been gradually adjusted, and the company now mainly focuses on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and precision, high-end bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is standardized and people-oriented, with respect for employees everywhere, completely leaving behind the previous rule-by-personality and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype workpieces, and the semiconductor and aerospace components require high precision, making them quite challenging!
