1. The new team came on board two years ago, and the company has been completely revitalized.
2. The customer base has been adjusted gradually, and the company now focuses mainly on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and precision, high-end bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both structured and people-oriented, with employees respected at every turn, completely leaving behind the previous rule-by-personality approach and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype parts to produce, and the high precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components make the work quite challenging!
