1. A new team took over two years ago, and the company has been completely revitalized.
2. Clients have been gradually adjusted, and the company now primarily focuses on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both standardized and people-oriented, with respect for employees at every turn, completely moving away from the previous arbitrary management and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management takes an active role in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype parts, and the precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components are high, making the work quite challenging!
