1. A new team took over two years ago, and the company has been completely revitalized.
2. Client adjustments have been made progressively; the company now mainly focuses on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and precision, high-end bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both structured and people-oriented, with respect for employees shown everywhere. The company has completely moved away from the previous arbitrary management style and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and the management team actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype parts, and the high precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components make the work quite challenging!
