1. A new team took over two years ago, and the company has been completely revitalized.
2. Clients have been adjusted gradually, and the company now focuses primarily on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both institutionalized and people-oriented, with respect for employees everywhere, completely leaving behind the previous rule by individuals and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype workpieces, and the precision requirements for semiconductor and aerospace components are high, making the work quite challenging!
