1. The new team took over two years ago, and the company has been completely revitalized.
2. Customer segments have been adjusted successively, and the company now focuses primarily on semiconductors, low-Earth-orbit satellites, and high-end precision bicycle components. The outlook is excellent!
3. The management system is both systematic and people-oriented, with employees respected everywhere. The company has completely moved away from the previous rule-by-personality approach and verbal abuse.
4. Communication between departments is encouraged, and management actively participates in coordination.
There are quite a few prototype parts, and semiconductor and aerospace components require high precision, making the work quite challenging!
