Pros
Online interview. You need to complete logical reasoning questions and a personality test.
Then, if they think everything is okay, they will arrange an on-site second interview with you.
Cons
I applied for a maintenance technician position, but the on-site interview was for a warehouse position???? There are about five people in this warehouse facility, including customer service and R&D.
