You’re expected to handle everything. The boss only has their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and events all have overlapping responsibilities. They give you a flattering job title and ask you to handle work outside your position, then insist that it is also part of your job responsibilities. Work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run quickly. The turnover rate is high.
