No need to come to a conclusion; initially friendly at work, the air conditioning is very cool with no temperature restrictions, no one bothers you so there is a lot of freedom, and the surrounding amenities are very convenient.
You have to handle everything. The boss only has their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and events all have overlapping responsibilities. They give you a nice-sounding title and ask you to take on work outside your job title, then forcefully claim that it is also part of your job responsibilities. The work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run quickly—the turnover rate is high.
