In conclusion, don't come. At first, people at work are friendly; the air conditioning is nice and cool without temperature restrictions; there is no one around, so you have a lot of freedom; the surrounding amenities are very convenient.
You are expected to handle everything. The boss only has their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and events all have overlapping responsibilities. They give you a nice-sounding title and ask you to do work outside its scope, then insist that it is also part of your job responsibilities. The work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run quickly—the turnover rate is high.
