No need to come to a conclusion. The workplace is friendly at first, the air conditioning is pleasantly cool with no temperature restrictions, there’s a lot of freedom, and the surrounding amenities are excellent.
You’re expected to handle everything. The boss only listens to their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and events overlap in responsibilities for everyone. They give you a nice-sounding title and expect you to handle tasks outside your job title, while insisting that these are also part of your job responsibilities. Work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run—quickly. The turnover rate is high.
