No conclusion needed. People are friendly at first when it comes to work. The air conditioning is very cool, and there is no temperature restriction. No one bothers you, so you have a lot of freedom. The amenities nearby are excellent.
You are expected to handle everything. The boss only has their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and events all have overlapping responsibilities. They give you a nice-sounding title and ask you to handle work outside your job title, then forcefully claim that it is also part of your responsibilities. Work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run quickly. The turnover rate is high.
