No need to come to any conclusions. Friendly at first at work, the air conditioning is nice and cool with no temperature restrictions, no one bothers you so you have a lot of freedom, and the surrounding amenities are excellent.
You are expected to handle everything. The boss only insists on their own opinions and is difficult to communicate with. Marketing, procurement, sales, and events all have overlapping responsibilities. They give you a nice-sounding title and ask you to handle tasks outside your job title, then insist that these are also part of your job responsibilities. Work planning is clearly incomplete. If you see this, run quickly. The turnover rate is high.
